About Beagle Bay

With a population of approximately 350 people, Beagle Bay has a complement of two senior health positions (Aboriginal Health Worker and Registered Nurse) who share the on call roster, supported by one trainee Aboriginal Health Worker.

Reception, cleaner, gardener and driver are all community CDEP functions. A doctor from BRAMS provides a fly-in clinic one day per week.

Beagle Bay deals with a high prevalence of chronic disease, high after hours overtime call outs and evacuations.
