KAMSC Health Promotion Unit

The KAMSC Health Promotion Unit organises events and co-ordinates the design and development of health promotional material for Aboriginal people throughout the Kimberley.

HPU staff  provides services to ACCHS's (Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services) within the region - through assistance with workshops and educational programs focusing on Aboriginal health issues. They also work closely with AMS (Aboriginal Medical Service) staff to produce appropriate health-based resources.


KAMSC Health Promotion and Social and Emotional Wellbeing Staff

Staff at the Health Promotion Unit consist of:

Annette Forbes – Coordinator - Regional Centre for Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and HPU.

Marie Cox – Senior Social and Emotional Wellbeing Health Worker.

Gary Wright - Social and Emotional Wellbeing Mental Health Professional

Selina King – Social and Emotional Wellbeing Health Worker.

Jo Jarden – Health Promotion Officer.

Brendan Cox – Health Promotion Officer.

Michael Dawson - Graphic / Web Designer
