Social and Emotion Well being unit KAMSC

The KAMSC Regional Centre for Social and Emotional Wellbeing (KRCSEWB) is a nationally funded program through OATSIH, Department of Health and Ageing.

 

The four programs are:

  1. Develop curricula and deliver training.

  2. Support and training to clinic staff in addressing social & emotional wellbeing issues.

  3. Develop models for intersectoral linkages and inter-agency co-operation.

  4. Develop information systems to clarify the level of need in the region and to test the efficacy of existing services and existing/proposed training.

 

Within Western Australia OATSIH, there are two sites; Kalgoorlie and Broome.

The KAMSC Regional Centre has been very successful within its allocated outcomes and is recognised nationally.
