About KAMSC Health Promotion
Unit
The KAMSC Health Promotion Unit organises events and co-ordinates the design
and development of health promotional material for Aboriginal people throughout
the Kimberley.
KAMSC publications (such as the Pulse Newsletter), are also developed at the
Health Promotion Unit for Australia wide distribution.
HPU staff provide services to ACCHS's (Aboriginal
Community Controlled Health Services) within the region - through assistance
with workshops and educational programs focusing on Aboriginal health
issues. They also workly closely with AMS (Aboriginal Medical Service)
staff to produce appropiate health-based resources.
The Health Promotion Unit offers design services to associated organisations.
If you are interested in developing a resource for Aboriginal people, please
contact the KAMSC Graphic Designer for
