Kimberley Aboriginal Health Summit 2007 - General Information

Child Care

Your accommodation provider may be able to assist with babysitting services during your stay.

Registration confirmation

Your registration will be confirmed by email or phone.

Dress 

Smart casual wear for the summit and social function.

Meals

Refreshment breaks of morning, afternoon tea and lunch will be provided throughout the duration of the summit. 
The social function is a sit down dinner. (These meals are provided as a part of your registration.  Please advise on your registration form if you have special dietary requirements.)

Smoking Policy

The West Australian Government imposes a strict no smoking policy in venues, restaurants, bars and shopping centres.

Transport during the Summit

A bus service will be provided to get you to and from the Kimberley Aboriginal Health summit venue and social function.  On the day of registering please let us know if you will require this service and where you will be staying.

To and from Broome International Airport

Various taxi companies service the airport and there is a free taxi phone located at Nakamura's Bar. 

Many hotels and resorts in Broome have a shuttle bus service at the airport. Please contact your accommodation provider in regards to this service.

Broome's Town Bus Service (www.broomebus.com.au ) an hourly day service 7 days per week, with a bus stop near the Cable Beach Club resort (the summit venue)
